Every client and their projects looks different. Here’s an overview of the standard process:
Discover - An initial briefing with the client to establish the scope, ideas, and requirements of the project
Synthesise - Collaborating with the client to create, organise and review a library of all existing assets into a cohesive structure.
Plan - This phase is to determine the project steps and workflow. Depending on the type of project, we create a project outline and timeline, asigning different components to the relevant team members to ensure the best expertise for the job.
Create - Now we are ready to be creative and put our ideas forward. We create initial concepts, which once approved are refined and rolled out across all elements. The actual process varies according to the type of project, however this stage is a collaboration with the client and the design/development team to ensure the brief is met on all aspects.
Launch - Once the project has been approved and signed off we are then ready to launch, an exciting stage in the process where our collaborative work is shared with the world.
Support - After the project/brand is launched we offer a wide range of ongoing management and support to continue to elevate and grow your brand.
